About Me
Hello! I am a recent University of Northern Iowa graduate with a degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in math and literacy. I completed my student teaching in December 2019, and have been substitute teaching in the Des Moines, IA area. I have wanted to be a teacher from a young age and am passionate about educating the next generation!

Hobbies & Interests
In my free time I enjoy running marathons, golfing, hiking, skiing, and doing just about anything outdoors. When I'm not in the classroom you can find me walking my dog or spending time with friends and family. I love trying new things!
Campus Involvement
During my time at the University of Northern Iowa I stayed very involved on campus. I was a captain for the Panther Marching Band Colorguard and played trombone in the pep band. I was president of my sorority, Gamma Phi Beta and very involved with the River Campus Ministry. I also had the opportunity to be an officer for a club called Teaching Educators about Math. I loved my time at UNI but am eager to begin my teaching career!
